Project Description
Whatcom Environmental conducted a Phase I ESA for a national construction company client as part of the client’s effort to secure a property for redevelopment. The property had been developed with several buildings over the years and had operated as a church since the 1930’s. During the assessment of the site, Whatcom Environmental inspected a location of a former above ground storage tank. No evidence of potential contamination was discovered at the site, and the client was able to move forward with financing the project and redeveloping the site with multi-family housing.
